This IM/Yahel track that is on the Japan liveset

Does anyone know what this track is called? It's either an Infected Mushroom or Yahel one, it starts at about the 30 minute mark on the Infected Mushroom and Yahel - Live At Japan liveset. Help would be appreciated.
