To see if it's a mixer input problem, hook up a CD player and use the LINE1 selector to play the CD. Then see if you still have stereo problems.
To see if your right turntable is fault, switch needles and see if the right channel is still too loud. If it is, then it must be the turntable (if it's not the mixer).
To see if your needle is the problem, switch your left/right needle. If there's now stereo problems on the left turntable, then the needle must be faulty. Repeat this process with the cartridge to see if the cartridge is faulty.
