Yes, check out the Chilled Euphoria series or the Cafe del Mar series (the ones mixed by Jose Padilla or the latest one, vol. 9, are the best IMO). I find Sasha- Airdrawndagger to be rather chill myself. Cream- Future Chill isn't too bad either.

Both Jose Padilla EM's from '95 and '97 are dope. Also, Ben Turner's "Thailand Sunsets", inspired by the Full Moon Parties on Ko Phangan, evokes a chilled beach atmosphere beautifully and allows you to somewhat vicariously live that experience.
