We're being cruel here by giving you a measly three minute edit, but we're also being nice by encoding it in good ol' 192kbps! Anyway, following the well-received chilled breaksness that was Shattered Dreams, we've gone for a trancier flavour again with our latest track, Aura. We hope you like what you hear!
lovely stuff again, although i think forever forgotten had a bit more punch (could be because it hasn't been mastered yet).. no problems as far as sounds and effects are concerned, but the melody reminds me a lot of 'elude - nudawn (luke terry remix)'! i hope this was not intentional..

I love it. Bass and melody are great, so are the percs, kicks, sfx... love that breakbeat

Shattered Dreams was likened to something like three or four other tracks which is why I said 'Not Again!' I fail to see the similarity between the two tracks, but never mind - thanks for the comment.

it does a bit - especially in the opening bar.
sorry to say though, i'm not a fan of this one - i think your 'Shattered Dreams' was 10x better, i'd like to see Al Azar progress more in this style.
the production is very nice though, i'd like to see a boost in the bass section - it seems a little flat - but everything else is wicked.

Really really nice melody. Fantastic breaks!
The pads are absolutely amazing!
Only one thing I dont like. It breaks down superbly, but when it hits the climax, the lead just doesnt sound right (not the melody, but the synth itself). Maybe it's just me? Apart from that.. it's excellent..

This sounds definately nice mate, I love the intro break. But, like someone else mentioned, it lacks a bit in punch and therefore somewhat in catchyness. I'd add a more distinctive kick and bass... But the final choice is up to you of course
Keep it up!

only the first 2 key changes are the same as nudawn. i think the production aint as good in that as shattered dreams and the percs are a bit trebly, but it has potential.
Okay, let me just say that this cut has _not_ been mastered in any way - we are fully aware of all the comments about punchyness/overall dynamics.

The thing about Al Azar is that we don't really want to repeat ourselves. We keep trying to seek different things with every track we do... so with Al Azar you won't get progression as such... more like exploration
