today i tried to use the forum to find out possible aliases of one certain producer. actually, i used that sticky thread in the music discussion (or chillout - i don't remember). it took me 15 minutes to find it out. taking into account that i'm one of the older and hence more experienced members, some recent members, who don't know the innerworks of the forum, will totally be thrown off (and proably creating one more redundant question thread in the music discussion forum).

so i thought, woldn't it be nicer to at least create a new thread with all the producers indexed in the post. or better yet, turn this into another database as the part of the site, which will be searchable and users can add entries themselves?

the same thing goes for "official producers' websites".
also a nifty section with links to labels, which would be quite useful for me, could be created...
