hey

id like to try to work with someone else on a song.
i know many of you already did that.
Plz explain how to proceed...

Well the first thing to do is to find someone who has the same tools as you.
How I've done these is that one starts the project, does (for example) a piece of melody, then sends it to the other guy who adds stuff who then sends it back again and so on.

Alternatively, if the collaborant doesn't have same tools you could have him writing a melody then sending it to you as a midi, then you'd do the tune based on that melody.

well i just did a "piece of melody" and put it through fruity loops but that didnt sound as i wanted to so i put it in reason but im a newb at it and i dont know how to make a full song with it.
so im looking for some1 that have reason & dont care to share with me his techniques in order to complete the track.
