Has anyone got experience with this thing? Liebing has done pretty crazy effects with it... Any competitors to this one?

You can do some mad stuff with the KAOSS pad for sure, but the original has a tendency to peak in volume quite wildly. I found it fairly impractical to add effects to a mix because it was so difficult to achieve a consistent volume. I don't know whether the KAOSS 2 is better for this, as I haven't used it.
