a quick copy and paste job in order i think:

JFK - Wank. Dont like him at all

Adam Sheridan - Amazing. First time i saw him was at gods and he played some very "PvDish" tunes, so i was hoping he would do the same last nite and he did Rush, On The Run, etc.

GTR - Good tunes. Wank mixing. I think this was a one off tho coz i hav heard some great mixing from him before.

Marc West - Class. Was pleasently suprised. Great tunes.

Richard Tulip - Started off wicked. Pure Thrust At first the scratching to the beat of the other track was good but he overdid that so much. The spinback he did into pure thrust was insane. Then he started playing cheese, cheese and more cheese. worst set of nite imo, and i am a big fan of Hard Trance

Andy Bagguley - haha this guy was great bopping up and down behind the decks. Amazing DJ. Great mixing skills

Jon Askew - OMFG! Nuff said.

Gaz's mixing wasn't that bad, tho a few were a bit dodgy. The stupid thing was the CD decks were way over to the left so he had to shoot accross a long way to the CD decks to give it a nudge and then run back to the mixer. Not ideal really. His mixing got better as the set went on tho i thought.

They wern't right next to it, they were a bit further over.

But he's not had many gigs yet, in fact he's had a shockingly low number of gigs, so his mixing will get better as he gets more experienced. Tune wise i thought he was spot on.

aye tune-wise he was very good, but it was more than the odd dodgy mix here or there.. i heard last time he played he was shitting his pants and never looked up or owt.. but this time u could tell he had had some sweeties cos he was always goin off on one lol

aye, he was showing some near-gandalf qualities but imo he should have been later on in the night as he played a lot of bangin hard trance that didnt resemble the pvd ive seen at all

marc west was probably good, i listened to a bit and his mixin was good etc.. i would have probably enjoyed it a lot more if he wasnt just playing more trance..

it was at this point i went down to the red room and was met by gandalf himself! fuck knows what his name was, it was a long and hard to pronounce name that may or may not rhyme with 'continuity', so i will leave it at that. but he was fucking good, ppl called it the funky room, but tbh it wasnt so much funky but chunky.. some really wicked stuff = me goin bonkers

came out of the red room and went upstairs to discover the shitness of richard tulip.. cheese wank shit. it was at this point i went to the chillout room to make some new friends. strange fish etc

somehow a large amount of time had passed, so i went upstairs for some askewage. he was fucking gandalf.. i told him to play some techno, so he did FUCKING TECHNO! i dont understand how his set worked so well, he was goin backwards and forwards between really epic trance, hard trance and techno.. but it all seemed to go so well! maybe it was due to his very high standard of mixing. so i spent most of his set goin apeshit on the podium, where i found his missus (who incidentally has the same veiws about techno as me hehe), who at the end of his set introduced me, proper sound bloke

all in all i was well impressed with the club, nice layout, good size and friendly crowd (although they all seemed a bit lightweight, there was probably max 100 there at the very end ). we will be visiting the land of passion more

to be fair he should just get his head down and work at it, he is still very new to the scene and im sure with time he will be a mint dj.. but to me it looks like hes taken a bigger bite than he can chew playing at passion

Maybe another case of producers who're booked cos of productions and not DJing ability, like Dani @ first, his early dj sets for flutlicht weren't great, but then he is improving, but he has played lots of smaller clubs too in that time, so that maybe helped. Gaz has gotta get good quick tho cos he's in Aus this year, and they expect standards

I'm sorry George but that is Bollocks! You don't get gigs at Godskitchen, Passion and Slinky unless u are good enough to play there.

At Gods he was fine, but to be fair i think i'd be sh1tting my self if i was suddenly given my first big gig at a superclub, and anyone that can say otherwise would be bullshitting.

I know it's cool to slate DJ's all the time but give him chance for fucks sake.
