this track is fuckin hard! this could be an awesome techno track BUT there is far to much clipping going on, everything needs to be turned down as it all sounds like its struggling to be heard  i know the kick needs to sound distorted, so max it out a bit with a compressor and turn it down on the mixing desk/whatever u use.. the rest u need to turn down to match the volume of the rest of the track.. make the whole thing louder by limiting then normalizing when u master it..
i really like the breakdown at 3:30, that noise is wicked, but i think you should do something more with it.. its skipping and jumping about (that sounds ace leave that as it is) but i think before you bring the beat back in you need to put in a few bars of filter/flange work on it to twist it up before the mental bit 
really tho, sort out that clipping, i want this track to be as good as it could be!
