Well I got there and Ben was playing his HH as per usual..drops down into a breakbeat track, comes back up agian into this my god I dont know what it was vocal breaky ambient song that he was scratching over. my god. I was groovin to that so much. LOVED BENS LAST SONG!
then Wayne H took over.
Decent track selection, horrible programing. Hard one second, epic the next, hard again. All over the map. But he played Walhalla. So I forgive him.
Ayla came on and started off w/ Pvd-Nothing but you. I was impressed, but the song was lacking its magical touch. I guess that just the aura of PvD. And the lacking sound system of Euphoria. Somewhere between the two. Honestly I have to say I was impressed. Nothing new or amazing. For a 'no name' Dj, he plays pretty good. But it was ALOT of old trance. And he played Shakira. so he lost LOTS of points on that one. FUCKING SHAKIRA!!!
I give it a 7.8/10
nothing spectacular, that I would have been upset if I had missed. But hearing somebody else other than locals play trance is ALWAYS nice. ja minor.
now to prepare for JA major on Wed.
