Secano - Psyn 2 brand new tracks

2 brand new tracks, under my new alias..

1. Psyn [Original Edit]
2. Psyn [Ocean Radio Mix]

original edit is harder/faster and more clubby.
ocean mix is alot more chilled.

check them out, and let me know what you think
good or bad, just make it constructive.

you will find them both here at my website.

http://trancemaster.samplecity.net

thanks again

TM

i like the ocean mix a lot more than the other one. the bass hitting in between the kicks kinda bothers me, but that is just personal preference i guess. overall they are alright tracks, but it might be good if you made some more layers and introduced some new elements throughout the song. just my opinion though. the production quality is pretty good, are you using fruity loops?

I agree about the elements, it doesn't sound finished. More of everything really would make it better

Any time, I love helping people out with their tracks whenever I can, I'm getting really addicted to this forum
So what are you using to make them?

Original - Ok, not liking the bass sample too much. Like the percussion a lot. Really like the pads. I agree that this could use some beef. The lead has a nice hard feel to it. Whole song kinda feels lacking. 7/10

Ocean Mix - Ok, i'm already loving this one a lot more. Still, the bass sample kinda bothers me. I still think the lead could use some beef, perhaps layer it a bit more. much better 8/10

Runnign a bit low on bandwith atm m8, is the ocean the same as the midnite mix you sent me?

I really enjoyed the original at first, but i tend to agree with the others when they say it needs more elements....much better than what i turn out though.

The chillout mix i have is superb, and is much better than the original, i really like the melodies in that one, especially the intro melody

nice work on both

as said before, the tracks doesn`t sound complete, the bassline is very basic, aswell as the percussion and atmosphere in the track
waiting for a new track from u.. i know u can do a lot better

It sounds pretty nice to me mate, but like some said, some fillings up might do the track some good. Especially the original, I'd love to hear it when it's more pumping. The Ocean radio mix is almost perfect I think, radio mixes overall don't need to be that complex I think

Let us know if there are any updates
Greetz,
LW
