Does anybody know/have a batch processing mp3 tagger which renames the ID3tag of the files out of her filename?

Example:

mauro picotto - like this like that [a1 alternative start mix vinyl].mp3

-> ID3v1 tag:
title: like this like that
artist: mauro picotto
album: [a1 alternative start mix vinyl]

...and batch processing, so it can rename 400mp3s in one turn .

Does anybody know?
[..or anybody out there who has the time to rename the ID3tag of all my files manually? ]

and it tags like a million files at once....

It was the prog calleD 'Dr.Tag' anD has really all the functions i neeD.
