אני מקווה שאני לא מדבר שטויות..
אבל אין מצב נראה לי שיש תוכנה שמשנה איי פי..
הרי איי פי מורכב מ4 ספרות
בכל התחברות והתנתקות שתי הספרות האחרונות משתנות..
והשתיים הראשונות תמיד נשארות
ולא יכולות להתחלף
וזה עושה הספקית אינטרנט
ככה היא יכולה לזהות את המשתמשים שלה..
אולי הוא יכול להתקשר לספק אינטרנט ולשאול אם הם יכולים לשנות לו אולי את הכתובת איי פי

אחי שני המספרים מייצגים את החברה
הראשון זה האיזור מדינה או משהו והשני זה החברה אם אני לא טועה משהו כזה

שיתחבר דרך פרוקסי יפתור לו הכל

אוף למה אתם סתם זורקים שטויות?
הבאן שלו זה על המספר שהיה לו באותו רגע ואין סיכוי שזה על כל הריינג' כי אז כל הריינג' לא יוכל להיכנס לצ'ט של נענע ונענע, בניגוד למקומות אחרים בעולם (מירק), לא יכולים להרשות לעצמם לאבד ריינג' שלם ששייך לאיזה חברת אינטרנט
בכל מקרה
אם אין לו אייפי קבוע אז שיתנתק ויתחבר שוב אחרי 10 דקות
או שפשוט ימצא פרוקסי כמו שמישהו אמר וישים אותו בהגדרות של האקספלורר
