Rip them from the internet, and then blow them up using Photoshop or something similar. At least, that's how I'd do it.

Well u buy those picture transfer special papers from your local stationery shop (if avail) print the desired image on them with your colour printer. Cut the excess paper with scissors. Get your mums iron, place the image upside down on the T-shirt. Apply the pre-heated iron on the paper VOILA!

My local photo developer can do pressings of designs on t-shirts and what not...
I have a few vandit t-shirts i pressed a few days ago(the vandit logo is jsut the impact font italicised), and a gatecrasher discotech one(which was the best GC cover and album IMHO)which looks cool as...

You could probably take the "traceaddict" logo too and press that...

just order them from websites I think trance.nu has a t-shirt you can order and ministry definately does
