Just moved to Canberra from Melbourne. Don't ask

But anyways nice cozy littel joint it is.

I want to know who in canberra uses what ISP?

im really looking for a constant 56 k connection with unlimited download at the moment as my living arrangements arent "well 'ard" as yet.

i know this isnt really the forum for the question but ill ask anyway since alot of us download a fair amount etc. etc.

It's not the cheapest, but Webone have awesome service and I'm often connected 12hrs a day and dl ~5gig/month on my 56kbps connection with them.

I pay $29/month for unlimited everything and a 4hr kick. I never have problems with busy signals

U can go cheaper around $19/month with TPG i think, but I've had bad service with them before.

Other ISPs are netspeed, cyberone, actewagl...

in melb i had datafast which i routinely had connected for up to 8 days at a time with unlimited download.

anything like that?

not that im aware of, tho I haven't really looked around a lot lately. Waiting for transact round my area.

I think pretty much all of them have 4hr kicks.

Webone.com.au's AYCE plan is the best, 38 per month and you only get kicked when the lines are full, i can stay connected regularly for 4-5 days at a time and the speed is normally pretty good.

As for trance, july 19th at Babylon (in the city) the guys from Halcyon (liquid M, diggs + morro, lish) are coming down to play, that's the most pure trance you'll find, also myself and Labtek are going b2b from 10-1 in the main room so come along if you want some good quality trance. Otherwise if you're into the harder stuff, Jumping Jack is playing at babylon tommorow night (saturday).
