Erm, what tune is that?
Sure you're not thinking of Cupa - Foundation (which is a remake)?
Downloading remix now

no mistral is definately an old song, foundation is ukw - hypnotic.
anyways, got this now mike, nice creative sampling, especially with the fx
i would change the kick and percs, apart from that snare hit that sounds like its from rock this house
synth is pretty cool, needs tuning up a bit tho.
main problem with this is that it's still fairly empty though, not enough going on, u need to layer different synths in with it, not just the same one with an extra melody on it, it could do with a string or pad running though and maybe a few random note hits with a nice semi-cuttoff square synth?
anyways, great so far, could be rather immense with some more work

ta for the comments luke. much prefer this criticism to the usual "it alrite"! i agree with most u wrote, it is a little empty in parts and needs maybe some more percussion and effects to beef it up. i was thinkin of adding another synth maybe for the build melody and will sort that out. i tried to add a pad or string to have running throughout but found it hard to work somethin out because the melody notes are short and so dont sound good with strings. only thing i guess i dont agree with is that i like the kick so

I can't really say anything in addition to what Project T said. Nice strings.. but the track just needs a bit more elements in, kinda seems to lack hi-frequencies so the hihats sound a muffled and it makes things sound a bit too drowned out by bass. Good work anyhow.

which one? I'm genuinely intrigued here - if it sounds like something else it wasnt intentional.
