Everyone has to hear "Uneasy Listening" by Z-Trip and DJ P (which you can get from the FTP), and they will instantly appreciate hip-hop/turntablism. Everyone I've played it for (or any Z-Trip set) automatically loves him. He's amazing.

I think DJ Shadow is just straight up hip-hop. He has some stuff that is some kind of trip-hop but I consider him hip-hop.

try dj noiz or dj static, both from denmark (also a part of denmarks finest). listened to them @ the roskilde festival this year.. all i can say is "damn!".. 5 dexx + 2 mixers lot's of scratching etc.. wicked

DJ Hype and the rest of the Phaderheadz crew from Berlin are tight. Z-Trip did a set with Hype that is absolutely wicked!
