<rant> I love TA because...

...you can say whatever and you *usually* don't get flamed. What I mean is, start a pointless thread (sort of like this) or whatever, and people are generally easy going.

I joined this other forum a few days ago, and you wouldn't believe how anal people were on it... They literally could not take a joke -it is an auto club forum, and I jokingly claimed that my 1990 Honda Accord LX could "own all their cars", etc. "Waste of a post", "stfu noob", etc. was just some of the examples of responses. Like I can't even explain how stupid that particular forum is...

Not that TA isn't, but at least it's so FUBAR that everyone accepts it and all threads (for the most part), as well as comments (as long as they're not truly offensive), are accepted and actually encouraged, lol.

EDIT: I also forgot to mention, TA is also great because it's active pretty much all the time. I can always find people posting on here, even at 4am...
