Can anybody help please.

I would like to post a sample oft rack to identify but need some help.

1. Have tried to convert it with nero but it doesn't seem to have the option to get down to the required quality. Can anybody suggest a converter to use please?

2. When I do manage to convert it - then what? How do I post it?

Sorry for being dumb, but any help would be much appreciated.

go to the unknown tracks forum --> "new thread" --> click the "click to select file" button --> select the file you want to upload --> "upload file" --> wait till the upload is finished --> close the window --> "submit new thread"
