Silence is a powerful expression! Look @ my sig. (Props to those who know what I'm talking about)
Hmmm, ones that come to mind are:
Solar Stone - Solarcoaster (Midway remix) - I've noticed in a few of Armin's live-sets, he extends the silence
Veracocha - Carte Blanche - Not really a "true" silence, but the piano gives it a solutide effect. With the layers fading off, leaving the solo piano melody before BOOM! the crazy sythns kick in! WOWZERS true classic indeed!
Taiko - Silence (Darren Styles remix) - hehehe, is it me or is the melody very similar to Carte Blanche? The crowd goes nuts when its played in the club, its a very popular track among Sydney club DJ's.

Oh yeah, forgot to mention: The ending to any scooter track, you know the part where it stops and the song is over? That is a wonderful, relieving silence.
