From what I've heard, I prefer Flutlicht. Haven't heard much S.H.O.K.K. though.

mainly for the shokk remixes.
Flutlicht tracks are still excellent though.

it is not TOO different... it is the same style but SHOKK is more harder and Flutlicht more melodic

AFAIK,
S.H.O.K.K. = Giotto DJ + Reverb
Flutlicht = Reverb + DJ Natron
so, essentially, they're the same team for me, because their tracks are amazing. i'm not voting for any because both rock!
