its Serge & Meth - The Gift of lift...if you can find it good luck...cuz i dont think its released yet...but if you do find it tell everyone cuz many people are looking for it....but anyways i was listening to a tune called...D Formaz - Stargate (Kaycee mix) ...in the beat it has the similar HighPitched sound then inthe Glow stick video very similar...i think!!.... but it turns into a epic tune afterwards pretty sweet!!!..
