Hi FuzzyGreen , your first song "Ecstacy" has alot of nice Melody lines and pads are good also but why is it called Ecstacy ?
Second song "New Love Mix" is also well wrighten , the pads are smoth and emotional with lots of movement in the bassline .
The last one is to slow I think and you need the redo the panio notes at the start and I didn`t like the track that munch .

i kinda like "things are not always as expected..." except for the spoken parts, which are rather too loud and annoying. it wouldnt make a great club song, but its good for when youre in a kind of reflective mood. i also like the filtered beat that comes in at around the last minute or so of the song.

OK I listened to the first song. It has a nice and relaxing melody, definitely the good-feeling type of song, the name "Ecstacy" fits it quite well. (I think it's similar to SystemF-Out of the Blue.)

But I think you should add more punch to it. Boost your bass to something like "HorribleBass" or "BadRadio" effects to make it more exciting and prominent. Plus consider adding a synth arpeggio, instead of simple synth-note repetition.

Cool Wow

Thanks for all of the replies. As you can tell my trance is changing with every song. I'm already working on my next song and it will incorporate some of the suggestions you guys made. So far it is much better then all of my other stuff. I need a way to get more punch out of my songs. Maybe I need more compression?

Thanks,
Steve
