Talking help with loops

hey guys iam having a BIT of a problem looping,i have a one channel wav of something i make with fruityloops,but whehn i loop it in sonar and acidpro it skips.how do i overcome this to makem a perfect loop? thanks

One thing to make sure of is in a wave editor, make sure that there is no extra space before or after your loop points.
