I usually wouldn't even feel like posting this type of thing, but this has happened in the past. I don't see a vinyl that I have listed on their site, I take the time and effort to help build the info on their site and they cant even get the damn thing into the database because their brains don't even pick up that this information is lifted directly off the vinyl.

Whatever, I know what's on it so what do I care? Let them short themselves, I'm finished doing needless work.

OK, maybe you don't understand how discogs works?

You have put the part emphasized in red there, that shows who the additional remixers are, and then put the # and * symbols to show, (just like it has on the record) and that is what you are supposed to do

BUT

you also put "remix by |" and then the name of the artist who remixed it. that way that persons name becomes a link on discogs and you can go to that artist. Also, sometime the person who remixed it might not be the same as the artist name. For example check out one of my releases:

B1 Beautiful Day (The Perfecto Mix) (7:48)

B2 Beautiful Day (David Holmes Remix) (5:34)

C1 Elevation (The Vandit Club Mix) (8:54)

I know it seems like a pain in the ass, but the mods at discogs need to be pretty anal about this stuff, otherwise their database would get clogged with shit very quickly.
