If you want to get the graphics actually printed onto the shirt you can go to any of a number of custom shops, check around in your town.
Generally multiple colours are pricy though, and most shops have a minimum order amount to meet.
If you want to just do them as iron-ons you can probably find someone to do it semi-cheap, but those shirts wear out *very* quickly, and you need to hand wash and dry them to keep them from going to complete shite in a week.
For some reason black custom shirts are the hardest to get outside of an actual silk-screening, a shame because it's far and away my preferred colour, can't see the coffee stains
