I have got a stupid question. I am using cubase SX and the novation remote 25. Now I have 2 midi tracks. One with V-station and one with Pro-53. When I click on midi track 2 and set the presets on the novation on Pro-53 I still also play the sound of the V-station when I press the keys on the board. I have set v-station on midi channel 1 and pr0-53 on 2. And used midi channel 2 on the novation also with the pro-53 preset. What am I doing wrong?
I know I should read the manual, but it's in English. I am going to buy a book about Cubase SX in Dutch soon. It will probably be a lot easier.

Check the following:
On both tracks, make sure the MIDI input and output are correct in the channel settings (e.g. input = and output = Novation V-Station). Of course, the outputs should be different
When you hit a key on the keyboard, do the output activity monitors (little bars on the right of each track information) show MIDI for both channels, or only one of them? If you've got your channels correct, it should only be one.

This may be a stupid question, but did you open Pro-53 and V-Station from within Cubase, or did you just open them from their .exe file?
Becasue if you opened them from their .exe file, then it won't work properly.
