I really dunno much about the accuracy of those Mistral remixes.. Discogs sucks when u need proofs on things like this. On the Learning To Fly releases i have, it doesn't say the actual remixer's name either. Original Mistral Radio Edit and Mistral Remix both say only "remixed by Mistral". I know even less about the other Mistral remixes i mentioned. Hope someone knows better.
Mother's Pride is Big C aka Andy Cato. He is behind many other aliases too, like Beat Foundation, Groove Armada (with Tom Findlay), Qattara (with Alex Whitcombe), Weekend Players (with vocalist Rachel Foster),...

Hey Hadi,
You should defo check out those sfinx releases (especially the first one). That's one of the best ever ITWT releases imo. The second release is progressive; it's good also.
He also did the tracks for the "Organza" vinyl (aloha, and solar eclipse).
Even though I'm a prog wh0re now, I still love my blackhole stuff. Well, they release all kinds of good stuff...
