Can't really email files that large, but what I can do is guide you through using Cool Edit Pro.
1. Load the song into the program. It will generate a waveform for the entire file.
2. From the menu, click on 'Effects'-->'Time/Pitch'-->'Pitch Bender'. A window will pop up called 'Pitch Bender'.
3. Under 'Quality Level', select 'Perfect (slowest)'.
4. You will see a part that says 'Range'. Select the option on the bottom that looks like "____ BPM, with a base of ____ BPM". Fill in the first box with 10. Fill in the next box with 130. Near the middle of the window, there is a checkbox labelled 'Spline', uncheck the box.
5. Look at the top half of the window, there are points on a grid that correspond with time of the song, and tempo of the song. The BPM/tempo is listed on the right hand side going vertically, and the time of the song is horizontal along the bottom. What you need to do is make a straight horizontal line at the BPM you want. Since this song is 130bpm, put the line at 140 BPM (which should be at the very top of the graph window. You'll want the line to be straight so that the tempo stays the same during the whole song. You don't want it to speed up half way through, etc.
6. When this is done, click on 'Preview' and you can listen to the song with the changed BPM. If you are not happy with it, (too fast, or too slow) you can adjust the graph to change the speed. Put it lower to slow it down, raise it to make it faster. If you need to raise it, you'll have to change the first box that says "___ BPM, " to a number higher than 10. (if you want to gain 15 bpm, put it to 15, and raise the line on the graph to the top). Preview again if you'd made changes to make sure you like how it sounds. When you're happy with it, press 'OK' and it will change the tempo of the entire song (this will take a while). When you're done, go 'Save as' and save it under a new name, so that you still have the original version of the song.
7. That's it, you're done!
