Robert Palmer Dead At Age 54
LONDON, Sept. 26 — Rock singer Robert Palmer, whose hits included “Addicted to Love,” died Friday in Paris of a heart attack, his manager said. He was 54. Manager Mick Cater, speaking from Paris, said he had no further details immediately. Palmer was on a two-day break in Paris following a TV recording session in Britain, Cater said.
Remember how the "Addicted to Love" video was considered racy because you could see all those girls white bras underneath their black shirts?
ROFLMAO!!!
How much things have changed since 1986!
Your lights are on, but you're not home
Your mind - is not your own
Your heart sweats, your body shakes
Another kiss is what it takes
Dude, we're old now.

I still remember Kurt Loder, Tabitha Soren (sp?) and the old MTV commercials with the man on the moon planting the MTV flag... back when they actually played MUSIC VIDEOS!
How about that old Cal-tec Cablevision before it was bought by Comcast?! LOL. Remember the big old knob style remote controls that were still attached with a wire? That's some old school shit right there!
Take Care Amigo! See ya at Glow!

Addicted To Love was classic. I still remember watching MTV charts presented by Paul Young about 10 years ago... When tunes such as Losing My Religion were big... That was good music, not the current crappy top10 tunes, and the videos were artisticaly made, not only showing rappers, their cars and naked chicks.
