wise words. Chances are it's a fairly new laptop? Usually network cards come as standard with latops, if not you'll have to invest in a pmcia (?) card, which dont come cheap. The crossover cable you'll need is about a tenner, either that or make one (loads of guides online). Networking them is the most cost efficient and speed efficient way of transfering files. If your PC doesn't have a NIC, they, again are about a tenner. Make sure you get a CROSSOVER cable, not a patch / straight through.
Actually - burning them on cd would be the cheapest way looking back at what I've said, as they only cost about 30p each that'd be the best (although time consuming) way.
