Parachute Trousers are basically combats with the strips hanging off of them. Down south mainly the women wear them but you can get them for men as well. Guys up north wear them a lot too so it's OK. To be honest, there is no difference between the mens and the womens trousers, but a good pair will cost about £50. The womens shops do sell 'em for about £25 (dont ask how I know) and like I say, you cant tell they're for women, but they're cheap and nasty.
Any local shop that sells clothes other than your scummy Adidas tracksuits should stock 'em, but these shops can be few and far between - I know cos i've been lookin for ages.
