I usually start Winamp and get down to buiseness so it plays whatever is on my playlist at that time... It goes from trance (mostly) to alternative and smetimes medieval melodies or soundtracks.... or sound tracks with medieval melodies in it.........

The best I did was on "K-90 Red Snapper - Wavestorm Mix" around 150bpm I think....
