thanks mosaic and others I am doing great, relatively speaking. I gave a call to a friend of mine who is a paramedic and we figured it was cartildge and the MCL. She said the key is RICE. Relax, Ibuprofin, Compression with ice and bandage, Elevation. Thank god I love American football, I been sucked into the couch and loving it.
I'll be out there dancing and having a blast in no time!!!

I thought about helping Mike to the back for a second (because the couches upstairs are always packed), but I wasn't sure the bouncers would understand.
