So what do you guys think? Should they be allowed their "own" lawyer, or is it fair to have them choose from a list of pre-cleared lawyers?

How about ths US, should they adopt the same policy?
Perhaps, Israel should take a step back and not even give them a lawyer at all like the US does with detainees?

yeah i believe they should have their own lawyer, especially if you going to pay the bill.

i would agree if all of them were bin ladens, but the truth is we dont know what were their actactins and why they are there. some are just probaly taliban supporters who were forced to fight. wasnt there like a 12yr kid detained as well? its never good to jump to conclusions
