i had a nectarine last night and well...this is what i don't like about them.

they taste good, but its too hard to deal with the seed. i mean you try and cut open the nectarine and the seed breaks in half...or you just eat around it and you get all messy...

that often happens with peaches as well.. but i prefer peaches because the taste is much sweeter and the skin much softer.
