ok first of all this isn't an insult per se.

let me explain my case

At work I answer phone calls for warranty issues for home appliances for the Usa and Canada.

I don't get a ton of calls from Canada but each time I get canadians on the phone let me tell you: I WANT TO FREAKING KILL EMMMM.

First of all when they understand I'm from the United States they're like well what's the cost gonna be bla bla bla cause I'm in Canada bla bla bla and I'm always giving the costs in CAD but they're the most annoying bastards about everything gotta ask a billion questions pffff
Second they think I'm a retarded American that doesn't know where Canada is or anything like that! The idiots they spell out the names of the most common cities like : T O R O N T O in O N T A R I O and I'm like " Yes mam I know how that's spelled "
Third idiots don't even know how to say they're own adresses like WTF wrong with them !??? when you say the last part of the adress they'll be like POSTAL CODE CITY and then Province when it's supposed to be City Province Postal Code .... oh and yeah they get pissed off if you say " may I please have your zip code" NO I DON'T HAVE A ZIP CODE I HAVE A POSTAL CODE

MY balls wana kill me cuz its been a while, actualy a long while. SO wtf how do i get to nail her for like a week straight without catching anything?

You know they're from Canada, so you give them the prices in CAN dollars. Yet you still ask for the zip code? Just start saying postal code instead.

I usually do City, Province, and then postal code on the next line. But who cares.

It's just like our "Código de Endereçamento Postal" (or "Postal Adressing Code")...

If an american asked you for your ZIP code, wouldn't you say your CEP/PAC?
