altho tunes like baguette etc were good, i still prefer some of the stuff that is up and coming for release.

New Picotto for sure. I liked older productions like "Baguette" as well but the new Picotto is on fire with hit after hit! I'm still a bit skeptical about how much Picotto produces himself though because I know Ricky Effe has ALOT to do with his productions.

New Time New Place is perhaps one of the most underrecognized tunes this year. It's easily in my top five of 2003.
