get one, it's not that hard. I had one from when I was 17-21, it was magical the way I got to see whomever I wanted 
If you are having problems getting one, I can't help you, I'd prolly get banned if i did anyway  but I have some advice:
Talk to people, ask everyone you know, a friend of a friend of a friend is quite likely to know someone who can get you one.(people who engage in *cough*illicitsubstancedealing*cough* are likely to know someone
Don't pay more than 100 bucks, between 40 -75$ is about right, UNLESS it is one from the actual DMV, like from some wonderful individual who works there and decides that they could use some extra income(there are alot of those guys) by helping the young'ns out. Those ID's are money and are worth the extra bucks
Check out the security at the venue/club before attempting to use it. This summer in LA I noticed that alot of places are now scanning ID's, thus your fake will not work unless it is DMV one.
