slideshow picture CD with Music to work on a DVD player

I'm new to the forum, and was wondering if anyone knows how to make a slideshow still picture CD with music in the background.

Get Adobe Premiere, an editing software, and dl a manual for it from KaZaA Lite.

Pretty simple program.
