You guys need to learn to do math, honestly
2 Tech = $1000
2 CDJ-1000 mk2 = $2100
1 A&H Xone:62 = $1000
2 Shure Whitelabels = $200
Total = $4300... his limit is $4000
Now he cant afford monitors...
Plus I wouldnt suggest CDJ-1000's, Denons are better, they have mp3 playback and are firmware upgradable, meaning you download updates for the player, put them on a CD, put the CD in the player, your player reads it, and now your player is fully updated with new things.
My opinion is get this
2 Tech MK5G = $1000 (pair)
1 Denon DN-S5000 = $900
1 A&H Xone:62 = $1000
2 Shure Whitelabels = $200
Total comes out to $3100, now you have $900 left to buy monitors with... With whatever money is left over from buying monitors... save it for another CDJ.
My 2 cents,

I like this set up...you may want to skimp on the MK5G's and go for cheaper mk2's instead though...why? So you can get Mackie HR824 monitors, which are the industry standard, and run ~600 each.
