Need To Finalise Something...

Myself and a friend need to finalise whether Public Domain (Rock Da Funky Beats etc...not the hardcore producers) are the same guys as Ultra-Sonic? Is this true or False...My friend seems to think that Mallorca Lee has a part in it.

Please help!
