Edgar V: All I have to say is that this guy needs to learn how to structure a set, and LAY OFF THE CHEESE! Never liked him, that didn't change after last night.
Nu NRG: Awesome, the sound was fucked up at the beginning so it was hard to enjoy it for like 10 min. But after awhile it came back on and they went crazy. Good set...
Didn't get to see Vic. seeing as how I had to leave right after Nu NRG, but I really wish I did. Hopefully I will get to see you spin @ your Loft Party on Thursday man!

NU NRG just pwns all! My only qualm about the evening was there was some asshole kid pushing his way to the front when they were playing. Wanted to smack 'em...

Nu-NRG did a great job last night, despite the early technical difficulties. Edgar V lacked any kind of logical progression in his set, but was interesting to hear 3 consecutive PvD tracks..
I also noticed the voice recorder taped to the pole near the front of the room, so it will be interesting to hear this set again, even though the quality will not be great. And i was surprised that the place wasn't packed, but I guess it gave us more room to dance!
Here's some tracks I recall Nu-NRG playing:
Universe
Supersonic
Basic Dawn-Pure Thrust
Connective
Dreamland Remix
Jose Amnesia-The Eternal
+ at least 3 new productions
Greeat seeing all the TA's in full effect...

Dude its NYC, didn't you get the memo? If its not Progressive House, its not good. You should see that place when Howells or Sander are there. Its PACKED! Nu NRG is not even known really, beyond the realm of TA. PvD on the other hand, will be FULL of peeps.

ARC is definitely built on the house reputation because of Danny Tenaglia, and the old Vinyl never hosted a TRance event (until MAde Events was established. I just figured since it was a VAndit -related event, even the van Dyk fans would show..still a great night!

OH MY GOD!!!!!!! what an awwwwwwwesome night. my friend and i drove up from dc to see Nu Nrg. they were so cool. exceeded my expectations. we got there around 2 after sitting over an hour to get through the holland tunnel and edgar went on to bang his pvd faves and we were just up front checkin out Nu Nrg's gear. Once they came on it was fuckin awesome to see every little thing they were doing and hearing that great sound come outta the speakers (even though it wasnt nearly loud enough at first). they are such cool guys. im so glad i had that good spot. everytime we named a song or something the guys would smile as though they were surprised anyone even knew who they were. very cool. i wanted more.... didnt hear victor dinaire as we were dead and had a drive back to do but i wish he waited a couple mins and left room for an encore. i had a great time. my friend and i both wanted the eternal badly and when they played it we went crazy screaming out tune. the nu nrg dude on the left (baldie) heard us and filtered out almost all of the sound with his crazy touchscreen effects for a few seconds signalling to us idiots to scream the tune louder! haha.... we did

Well... If PvD wasn't going to be there on Thursday I think there would have been even less ppl. but I am just speculating. I find that most ppl. that are fans of PvD could care less about his label. Who knows... And yes Arc was established as a House club, but that is b/c NYC is a House town.
