Last I heard, Exit and SF have hip-hop on the main floor on Fri nites. SF also has wet t-shirt contests.
I think they have some house/trance/techno in the other rooms, but I'm not sure.
Exit has Latin Night on Saturdays, but might have other stuff going in the other rooms.
SF on Sats is still JP.
Roxy Fridays is based on whatever promoter has the place booked for that night. PVD there on Nov 14. I think there's a Sexy at the Roxy reunion on Oct 17, with Johnny Vicious and others.
For a weekly trance event, check out Guernica on Wednesday nights.

Other than that, no NYC club that I know of does trance on a weekly basis. (someone correct me if I'm wrong) However, all the big clubs do something at one time or another.
If you've been reading the board, you probably already know about these, but in case you haven't...
Defintely check out Arc when they have a trance event. John 00 Fleming (and maybe another guest DJ) is playing there on Nov 15, as part of his bi-monthly residency. There is also psy-trance there on Oct 18 and Nov 22. http://www.arcspace.net
Avalon (Limelight) has been mostly house, but BT played there on Sept 27, Ferry Corsten will be there Nov 22, and Paul Oakenfold will be there on Nov 26.
Also check out Deep on Oct 12 (the Sunday before Columbus Day) - George Acosta, Victor Dinaire, Jason Jollins (the latter 2 being among NYC's finest, and are TA's too). New and nice place.
Acosta and D:Fuse (among others) are playing at Shelter on Nov 26 - that looks like a rave-like event.

and Halloween loft party on Oct 31
And keeping checking this board for other stuff going on
There might be more happening in the new clubs when they open - Crobar (I believe 530 W 28 St, opening on Nov 21 or 22), Spirit (in the old Twilo space), Centro-Fly (not new, but has been closed since Sept for renovations - will re-open on Oct 24 with Chemical Bros all night)
