as much as I love seeing the RIAA fuck up it is illegal to share music, it doesn't matter if you have the original album or not. having the original cd means that you can legally encode the cd to mp3 for your own use, but not share it.

ah shaddup..... mp3's are good for the industry, if they had only embraced the technology instead of trying to kill it off they'd be doing much better now. And people wouldn't hate their guts.

The methods they use are wrong indeed but that doesn't change the fact that it IS illegal to share music without permission.

Yes it is illegal but we're all trance lovers here and most trance artist support MP3's because it's good for business. It get's people into the music and most trance artists don't have a problem with it. I do agree though that it's illegal and if you really appreciate an artists music that you will but their CD/Vinyl.
