I'm from LA... but i'm making a trip out to Toronto for this weekend to see Mauro Picotto, Sven Vath, and Paul Oakenfold @ Guvernment. Yes, they are all going to be at the same venue, on the same night. hehe

Are any of u guys going to be there too?????

I'm going up for this. However keep in mind that oakenfold is a completely separate show than picotto/vaeth. Oakey is in the guvernment and picotto is in the kool haus. This is not an all access show so you have to make a choice whether you want to see oakey or picotto. Also, the oakenfold tickets are only at the door and i believe are $15/20. Picotto tickets are in advance and they range from $25-35. I wanted to go to see picotto, but all my friends are seeing oakey so I'm sticking with them.

So i'm confused now. Some of u are saying there will be wristbands available so u can go back and forth from the 2 seperate rooms. But some of u are saying that it's seperate events, not all access, and u have to choose between Picotto & Oakey?????


WTF is really going on? Because if i'm making a trip all the way to Toronto... I want to make the most use out of it. You know what i mean? I don't care how much i have to pay to get a "wristband". It'll be worth it for me. But where can i get a wristband? And what website do they sell tickets for this event?

OK to clear things up

These are TWO separate events. Mauro/Sven is at the Kool Haus and Oakenfold/MO is at the Guvernment. Same building, two different rooms.

Now, the last time this happened, wrist bands were sold between the two rooms. So you go to Mauro/Sven and pay $25-30 and if you wanna see Oakie you pay another $15-20. At that time you will recieve a wristband and you will be able to move from one room to another.

ohhh ok cool. much better. i'll defenitely be getting a wristband then We should all meet up on that night. It'll be cool to meet people with the same taste in music

Keep checking the toronto forum. The TOTAs usually have meetups b4 and i'm sure there will be one for this event...
