80gb HD
CD-RW drive
DVD-ROM drive???

you could always buy an el cheapo 400W PSU though and see if it is the problem?

athlon 1.6ghz
200gig hard drive
80gig hard drive
cdrw
dvd rom.
and a GeForce 4

and the athlon says it REQUIRS a certified 300W supply. i know mine isnt. you should be fine
