We'll since no one answered your question you have to make a .gif file i use photoshop to make or resize the pic and then click the little button to transfer it to imageready and the i press some buttons and make frames from layers and set the time at which they change. PM me if you wan't me to tell you how to do it in detail step by step if you have PS n shite and i'll mabey make an animation on how to do it and post it on here so you learn it step by step im a loser lol

Unless I'm mistaken, the gif is too big... The max is 50'000 bytes, your image is ~500'000 bytes.
