Well, I would like to understand better all the sub-divisions of trance (and electronic music in general), so I am trying to get one class representative of every trance sub-genres.
For example, if Bossa Nova was the target, I could say "Garota the Ipanema" is one good representative for Bossa Nova, everyone who listen to "Garota de Ipanema" thinks: this is Bossa Nova.
So, which sub-genres we have in Trance (progressive, hard, melodic, vocal, etc.) and what would be a good representative for each one?
P.S. (Before you say "Trance is one good style and don't care what is the sub-genre, or anything like this and bla bla bla ....", thank you, I like music, but I like these nuances too : )) |
who cares about subdivisions and labelwhoring, just listen to what you like because you like it, not because it falls under a certain label of music.
