how to dance!

I am 18 never danced in my life. went to a Static-X concert, and no moshing was allowed so instead to my surprize 30% of people were dancing like it was a rave, I got into it and started to dance as well. I didnt move around much, but i had flow. i need to find a free site with tips and movies and stuff!

prz!! help me learn to dance, i never knew i would like it so much!
(i can liquid pretty well, but you can always learn new things)

Only thing I can say is who cares what you look like when you dance - no one cares.

On that note, close your eyes and just let you body take it from there. It all starts with a headbob.

And don't try dancing to music you don't enjoy, because it won't happen.

All starts with i head bob, i know. it will all flow from there, but i would like to see some other people and styles

Sounds like you've got the right idea. Dancing doesn't have to be complicated.

Well, I dont know how to dance. I just lose myself in the music at the party and my body does its thing ... moves to the rhythm, follows the beat ....... the hands go up in the air ..... the mouth opens and ...

I went to my first gig in August, and people told I was a bit hardcore for a first party, LOL.

Just dont let other people bug you and say that you suck, otherwise just move around and do things other people around you do, and additional things that you might have learned from previous experiences ...

Felt the exact same way as you did about 6 months ago. But yeah just let everything go and dont give a shit about what anyone says or thinks. For starters how you can dance to a band like static-x is beyond me, or any metal group pretty much (other than moshing) Once you start dancing to trance or RNB then you'll be a pro in no time. If you're still too scared to dance, get pissed and try it again.

Get buzzed on alcohol. From there you will know what to do automatically or atleast think you will, then it is all from expirience It really is nothing more than going with the beat
